From succession of “the big Metalka” the company Metalka Trgovina d.o.o. has got real estates in the very centre of Ljubljana, which are managed and rented.
Within its mission Metalka Trgovina d.o.o. will take advantage of financial funds to make additional investments in real estates and to take part in financial investments in interesting and perspective companies in Slovenia and ex-Yugoslavia. All such investments will be managed actively and consequently their value will be increased. Metalka Trgovina d.o.o. co-owns several Slovene companies, which are planned to be acquisited and than managed in such a way that the required ROI is achieved.
